Results: In both 2009 and 2013, subjective class recognition was analyzed to have statistically significant effects on emergency medical use, outpatient use, and emergency medical use. Moreover, it was analyzed to be a strong influence on emergency hospital services in 2013 compared to 2009.

Conclusions: Support from countries or communities linked to academia is needed to change individual values or attitudes through health education and health care approaches to reduce the polarization between subjective class perceptions.
